hb. Creative Agency was created to bring structure, discipline and clarity to casting and production across fashion, art and luxury.
We work across runway, editorial, campaign and special projects, providing casting direction, creative production, art buying, location scouting, production support, partnerships, on-set sustainability monitoring and set design.
Our approach is agile, strategic and tailored to each project. We work closely with clients to understand their creative vision, priorities and production realities, then assemble the right people, resources and systems to deliver with precision.
Through a selective network of models, agencies, creatives, suppliers and production specialists, hb. supports projects from early development through execution. Our role is not simply to provide services, but to create the conditions for ambitious creative work to happen efficiently, responsibly and with greater transparency.

The HB Directory is a private professional resource for the models, agencies and specialist creatives connected to our work.
It keeps information current, makes representation clear and ensures enquiries are directed through the appropriate professional channels. It is not a public marketplace, an open casting board or a replacement for agency representation.
The directory supports the professional network around each project, while Syncroni supports the production itself. Together, they create a clearer connection between people, information and execution.
